Eugène Perma Professionnel pushes the limits of oxidation coloring with CARMEN to provide colourists with an excellent tool that highlights their know-how.
CARMEN is the 1st oxidation* hair color to enhance reflections and shine thanks to the REFLECT MAGNETIC SYSTEM. Attracted by the keratin fibre, it attaches like a magnet to the hair to smooth the surface and form an envelope, which reflects light and amplifies color and shine. Its "Perfect Finish" action conditions and sublimates the hair by providing 3X more softness and 70% improvement in detangling.**
The Super-Lighteners (SE), series 1000 allow you to lighten up to 4.5 tones natural hair. The Super Lighteners (SE), 2000 series allow you to lighten hair with up to 60% white hair by up to 4.5 tones, slightly toning it.
Super-Lighteners are used with OXYCREM oxidants (30 or 40 Volumes), specially designed to release all the color and care benefits.

Coloring Cream 1+3 Lighten up to 4.5 tones, not applicable on white hair except for the 2000 series which applies up to 60% white hair by slightly shading them.
CHOICE OF OXIDANT:
- 30 Volumes: current use, 3 lightening tones on a natural base.
- 40 Volumes: for more powerful lightening, 4.5 tones on a natural base. OXYCREM oxidants are specially designed to release all the color and care benefits of Carmen coloring creams.
PREPARATION:
Mix 30 ml of Super Lightener + 90 ml of Oxycrem.
APPLICATION:
With a brush on dry, unwashed or slightly damp hair.
EXPOSURE TIME:
45 min in total. Can be halved under activator.
EMULSION/RINSE:
Emulsify carefully, rinse thoroughly then proceed with the Equivital post-colouring shampoo.
NB:
- Do not apply to already lightened hair or behind discoloration.
- These shades cannot be used in combination with other Carmen shades.
