Eugène Perma Professionnel pushes the limits of oxidation coloring with CARMEN to provide colourists with an excellent tool that highlights their know-how.

CARMEN is the 1st oxidation* hair color to enhance reflections and shine thanks to the REFLECT MAGNETIC SYSTEM. Attracted by the keratin fibre, it attaches like a magnet to the hair to smooth the surface and form an envelope, which reflects light and amplifies color and shine. Its "Perfect Finish" action conditions and sublimates the hair by providing 3X more softness and 70% improvement in detangling.**

The Creative Colors (CC) shades, bleach and recolor for intense and contrasting locks in a single step.

Creative Colors shades are used with OXYCREM oxidants (20 or 30 Volumes), specially designed to release all the color and care benefits.

1+1 Cream Coloring

Ideal for using paper wicks (or possible in the open air) on colored or natural hair.

CHOICE OF OXYCREM:
- 20 Volumes
- 30 Volumes for more powerful lightening and a more intense color result OXYCREM oxidants are specially designed to release all the color and care benefits of Carmen coloring creams.

PREPARATION:
30 ml of coloring cream + 30 ml of Oxycrem.

APPLICATION:
With a brush on dry, unwashed or slightly damp hair.

EXPOSURE TIME:
30 to 35 min. Can be halved under activator.

EMULSION/RINSE:
Rinse thoroughly then proceed with Equivital post-colouring shampoo.

NOTES:
- Not recommended on hair colored in a black shade;
- Do not apply on the scalp;
- Not intended to cover white hair;
- These shades are not to be used in combination with other Carmen shades;
- On natural hair the result will be more intense.

Amplified reflections and extreme shine thanks to Reflect Magnetic System technology. This innovative combination of 2 quaternary ammoniums and an anti-free radical agent provides better color rendering and a better conditioning effect.
